Appointments

Insurance and Billing
Our staff is happy to research dental insurance benefits on behalf of our patients. We supply our patients with a written detailed estimate of total treatment, expected insurance benefits, and estimated patient portions. We bill the dental insurance as a courtesy (no charge to the patient). Our staff is happy to request a pre-estimate from the dental provider. The estimated patient portion is expected at the time services are rendered. A statement will be issued reflecting any balance due or credit after insurance benefits are received.
Payment Options
Laguna Dental Spa accepts credit cards, personal checks and cash in payment for services rendered. We do not do payments plans with the exception of orthodontic therapies. We do however provide financing through outside credit agencies. See below
